Set up your first six bins
- Choose six consumables you use regularly and give each storage location a bin ID.
- Enter your verified part number, description and stock details. Match each label to its bin on the map.
- Count what is on hand and record the quantity on the worksheet. Repeat the count on a schedule that suits your shop.
Fill, save and print
Use an AcroForm-compatible PDF reader, save a copy and reopen it to check your entries. PDF form support varies in browsers and on phones. You can also print it and write by hand.
Print on US Letter paper at 100% size. These are cut-out plain-paper labels; this starter is not an adhesive-sheet template. Digital file only: bins, consumables, labels and a printer are not included.
This is a manual organization worksheet. It does not check equipment compatibility, verify part numbers, calculate stock automatically or place orders. Use your own verified shop information and follow the applicable manufacturer storage instructions.
